Job summary

CareRing Health, LLC is seeking an Intake Lead to oversee the centralized intake function across multiple home health locations, driving referral conversion and timely admissions. You will balance hands-on intake duties with team leadership, training, and performance monitoring.

The role partners with scheduling, clinical leadership, HR, and branch operations to support growth and exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and payer requirements.

Qualifications

• Three years of healthcare intake, admissions, scheduling, or related operational experience.
• At least one year in leadership, supervisory, or lead roles.
• Home health, hospice, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance verification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily intake operations across multiple home health locations.
• Monitor referral pipelines to ensure timely processing and conversion to admissions.
• Review referrals for completeness, payer eligibility, service availability, and compliance.
• Coordinate with referral sources, physicians, hospitals, and internal teams to obtain documentation.
• Ensure compliance with service-level expectations and accurate processing.
