Vynca Inc. seeks an Intake Coordinator to support ECM Sales/Marketing and Clinical Outreach teams. You will organize and enroll patients, review medical charts, and maintain smooth intake workflows while delivering patient-centered service.

Remote role with strong emphasis on privacy, communication, and cross-functional teamwork; prior healthcare intake experience is required with potential for full-time conversion.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of intake/admission experience in a high call volume environment.
• CMA/CCMA certificate issued by a recognized group.
• Prior experience in a remote role with a quiet, secure workspace for privacy.
• 2+ years in palliative care, home health, hospice, or discharge planning or case management.
• Experience with large safety net hospitals in the region preferred.
• Willing to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Pacific Time; evenings and weekends possible.

Aufgaben

• Facilitates intake, admission, and outreach for incoming patients.
• Provides accurate ongoing assessment of patient status in admission.
• Maintains databases, logs, census sheets, and resource lists; updates schedules.
• Performs insurance eligibility checks and assigns clients to the Clinical Outreach Specialist.
• Collaborates with sales, outreach, care delivery and RCM to support enrollment workflow.
• Documents all interactions in the operating system and participates in meetings.
