Job summary

Team Recovery LLC in Ohio seeks an Intake Specialist to support the clinical and operations teams. You will sign in clients, orient them to the program, and ensure documentation is completed in the electronic health records system.

You will prepare admission paperwork, greet patients on arrival, explain the program, and assist families. A High School Diploma or GED is required; CPR certification is required, and CDCA/QMHS-III are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in behavioral health preferred.
• CPR certification required or training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all admission paperwork prior to the patients' arrival.
• Meet with patients upon arrival to complete the intake packet and releases.
• Introduce the treatment plan and provide a patient Handbook.
• Explain safety measures, emergency plans, and program schedule.
• Collect payments at admission and coordinate with families as needed.
