Qualifications

• High-school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a patient care environment in a behavioral health setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to use required computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and families to address questions or concerns.
• Coordinate facility tours with potential admissions.
• Interface with remote admissions and on-site clinical teams for approvals and travel arrangements.
• Establish professional rapport to welcome clients on arrival.
• Support arrival process including intake/assessments and searches for prohibited items.
