Job summary

DeCoach Recovery in Dayton, OH is seeking an Intake Specialist to support client engagement. Hours are Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm, with duties centered on gathering information and processing it for service delivery.

You will verify eligibility, document accuracy, and maintain confidential records while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and quality care.

Qualifications

About the Role:

We are currently hiring for an intake specialist to join our Dayton location. The hours will be Monday - Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm. The Intake Specialist plays a critical role in the initial phase of client engagement by efficiently gathering and processing essential information to facilitate smooth service delivery. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs and concerns are accurately documented and communicated to the appropriate internal teams. The Intake Specialist is responsible for managing intake workflows, verifying client eligibility, and maintaining detailed records in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. By providing exceptional customer service and clear communication, the Intake Specialist helps to build trust and rapport with clients, setting the foundation for successful ongoing interactions. Ultimately, this role contributes to the overall effectiveness and responsiveness of the organization’s client services and operational processes.

Minimum Qualifications:
