Dominick Abramo State Farm is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Staten Island, NY office. No prior insurance experience is required; we value dependable, organized individuals who want to build a long-term career and excel in helping customers.

You will handle billing, policy questions, process changes, and service requests, and respond to customers by phone, text, and email. You’ll maintain records, learn our systems, and receive training.
