Responsibilities

• Sell auto, home, life, and other insurance products.
• Work company-provided leads and opportunities within our existing customer base.
• Conduct needs-based sales conversations and insurance reviews.
• Make outbound calls and consistently follow up with prospects.
• Quote coverage and present insurance recommendations.
• Ask for the sale, overcome objections, and close new business.
• Cross-sell additional products to address customer coverage needs.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow-up schedule.
• Meet weekly and monthly activity and production goals.
• Build relationships that generate retention and referrals.
