Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a seasoned Professional Services/Consulting lead with insurance domain expertise to shape scope, timelines, and delivery for complex software implementations. You will translate client needs into actionable SOWs, coordinate across Sales, Implementation, Data, and Service teams, and guide executive stakeholders through discovery, scoping, and risk mitigation.

Remote USA-friendly role with opportunities to travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting, managing or scoping complex software implementations.
• At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry with understanding of agency workflows.
• Strong project scoping skills with ability to estimate effort and develop timelines, budgets, resources.
• Ability to break down complex projects into phased implementation plans.
• Interest in AI tools to improve workflows and reduce manual effort.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key link between customer needs, commercial opportunities, and successful service delivery.
• Lead discovery sessions with insurance agency stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Design end-to-end professional services scopes and develop SOWs with deliverables and timelines.
• Assess project complexity and anticipate gaps to optimize resources and avoid scope creep.
• Present methodologies, scope, timelines, and costs to executive stakeholders to gain alignment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Implementation, Data, and Service teams for smooth handoffs.
• Engage Services early for customized delivery approaches.
• Identify additional services opportunities with Sales for clients.
• Support data migrations in mergers and acquisitions programs.
• Use feedback to improve scoping practices and delivery readiness.
