Job summary

Partner Company seeks a Senior Lead Business Analyst based in the United States to drive customer implementations of a cloud-based Loss Control SaaS for P&C insurance. You will guide discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live while improving risk inspections, audits, and underwriting decisions.

You will mentor other BAs, collaborate with onshore/offshore teams, and help raise delivery standards. This fully remote role offers ownership of enterprise projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business analysis, 3+ years as Senior/Lead on enterprise software implementations; insurance exp preferred.
• Knowledge of P&C insurance operations, underwriting, loss control, and audits.
• Strong requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping, and specs.
• Experience configuring or directing configuration of a highly configurable SaaS platform.
• REST and SOAP web services knowledge for integrations and delivery.
• Relational DB concepts and data mapping experience.
• Client-facing delivery experience with project budgets tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to document current and future-state workflows.
• Translate needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Identify use cases, edge cases, dependencies, and resolve questions with PMs.
• Manage scope and trace requirements from SOW to delivery; resolve deviations.
• Design platform configuration; define requirements for data migration, integrations, reporting.
• Plan and support testing, including UAT and test scenarios.
• Create customer documentation and end-user training materials.
• Mentor other analysts and promote consistent delivery methods.
