Job summary

CoverGo Limited is seeking a Digital Insurance Project Manager to oversee and drive implementations across insurtech client projects. You will lead planning with clients and internal teams, shape proposals, and manage contracts and communications to grow existing accounts.

The role requires strong insurance domain knowledge, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment while working remotely from North America.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager.
• Minimum 3 years experience in insurance.
• Insurance domain knowledge is essential.
• Strong client-facing experience is essential.
• Experience delivering projects through full life cycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
• Ability to complete projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Based in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead project planning sessions with the internal team and client's staff.
• Support solution proposals for client pursuits, proposals, and PoCs.
• Participate in proposal and PoC processes (design, submission, review).
• Support the creation of contracts and related communication with clients.
• Identify and help secure growth opportunities for existing clients.
• Manage project progress and adapt work as required.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines.
• Host weekly project reviews and create reports with key metrics.
• Oversee all project documentation.
• Identify and manage issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Continuously optimize processes and approach.
