ReSource Pro is seeking a Sr. Consultant, Customer Success & Delivery, Propellint to lead high-complexity insurance technology and data initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders. You will own solution direction, business analysis leadership, and implementation oversight for strategically important client engagements.

This is a remote position based in the United States. In this role, you will lead end-to-end requirements, manage scope, drive go-live across multiple teams,

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex insurance technology initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Hands-on business analysis and delivery leadership for strategic client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business requirements activities from workshops through validation and approval.
• Own scope, prioritization, dependency mapping, and change control with delivery leadership.
• Lead implementations from kickoff through go-live across client, internal, and third-party teams.
• Serve as primary escalation point for delivery risks, issues, and client concerns.
• Advise client leadership as the insurance domain expert across policy, claims, billing, and underwriting.
• Mentor business analysts and consultants and contribute to delivery standards.
