Qualifications

• Must be willing to work in-office in Michigan; remote options also available.
• Active Michigan Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health licenses or willingness to obtain them.
• Free pre-licensing education available to help meet state requirements.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales activities via phone, text, email, and virtual outreach.
• Conduct cold and warm calls to prospective customers and referrals to build a sales pipeline.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to identify coverage needs and close opportunities.
• Build relationships by attending local events and developing partnerships that create referrals.
• Meet with customers to review coverage and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Deliver excellent service with policy changes, renewals, and claims support.
