Office-based with remote options, you will learn agency growth operations, sales, and client relationships while pursuing state licenses in Michigan. Candidates must obtain Michigan Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health licenses or be willing to do so.

Qualifications

• Must have active Michigan Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health licenses, or be willing to obtain them within a specified timeframe
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or prior sales/customer service/leadership experience preferred but not required
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and long-term career growth
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional presence to build trust with clients
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently while staying accountable

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales activities (phone, text, email, and virtual outreach)
• Conduct cold and warm calling to prospective customers and leads to build a sales pipeline
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and walk-ins to identify coverage needs and close opportunities
• Meet customers in person or virtually to review coverage and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Deliver high-level service by handling policy changes, renewals, and claims support
