You will gain hands-on experience in sales, client relationships, agency operations, and business development, with remote work potential. The position emphasizes growth, leadership ownership, and ongoing learning within the Farmers system.

Qualificações

• Active Michigan Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health licenses or willingness to obtain them.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or prior sales, customer service or leadership experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales activities using phone, text, email, and virtual outreach.
• Conduct cold and warm calls to prospective customers, referrals, and prior leads to build a sales pipeline.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and walk-ins to assess coverage needs and close opportunities.
• Build community relationships through local events, networking, and partnerships for referrals.
• Meet customers in person, by phone, or virtually to review coverage and tailor insurance solutions.
