Alleviation is seeking motivated individuals for an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative role in Florida. You will prospect, contact, and meet with potential clients to discuss their insurance needs and present personalized options, learning the industry while developing sales and customer service skills.

You’ll work with Salesforce CRM, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, visit local businesses, build your client portfolio, and collaborate with your team to hit monthly and quarterly

Competenze

• Pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's Licence and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).

Mansioni

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, develop relationships with owners, follow up on referral leads, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
