Alleviation is seeking motivated individuals for an Insurance Sales Representative role in Florida. This entry-level position offers learning opportunities in sales and customer service within the insurance industry, focusing on personalized coverage options for clients.

You will prospect, contact, and meet with potential clients, use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, and work with the sales team to achieve monthly targets while developing your own client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients while expanding your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referral leads, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your team.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
