Alleviation Enterprise in Florida is seeking an entry-level supplemental insurance sales professional. You will learn a proven system to acquire new business accounts, build relationships with business owners and HR leaders, and deliver presentations to clients and groups.

You will train in a structured program, gain practical field experience, and develop a durable client portfolio while earning commissions and bonuses as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License with reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your professional network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with owners and referral sources.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
