Alleviation is seeking motivated individuals for an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative role. You will prospect, contact, and meet with potential clients to discuss their coverage and present personalized options in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You'll rely on Salesforce CRM, train with a comprehensive program, and enjoy weekly draw pay with commissions, plus benefits after 60 days, and opportunities for promotion through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided.
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to discuss insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners; follow up on referrals and reservice clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
