Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our Florida team. This entry‑level role offers a hands‑on start in the insurance industry, while you hone sales and customer service skills, prospect clients, and discuss tailored coverage options.

You will use Salesforce CRM to curate leads, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and build your own client portfolio, with guidance from your sales manager and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Background check clearance required
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• License in home resident state or willingness to obtain (course provided)
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (or relevant sales/athletic background)

Responsibilities

• Mine and manage client leads using Salesforce CRM
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships with owners
• Re-service and grow existing client portfolios
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and submit it to manager
• Record daily sales activity and performance metrics
