This entry-level position focuses on learning the insurance industry while developing sales and customer service skills, meeting with potential clients, and presenting personalized coverage options.

You will use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and visit local businesses to grow your client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willing to obtain (licensing fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to discuss insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Personally visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit your schedule weekly.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates daily.
