Alleviation is seeking an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative to learn the insurance industry while developing sales and customer service skills. You will prospect, contact, and meet with potential clients to discuss personalized coverage options in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include using Salesforce to generate leads, scheduling meetings, and visiting local businesses to expand and service a growing client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to discuss insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Work with manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
