Job summary

Alleviation is seeking entry-level Insurance Sales Representatives to learn the insurance industry while developing sales and customer service skills. You will prospect, contact, and meet with potential clients to discuss needs and provide personalized coverage options, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You will gain experience through comprehensive training, uncapped commissions, and performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and re-service clients.
• Build and maintain your own client portfolio.
• Work with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; report it to the manager weekly.
• Record daily work statistics and sales activity.
