Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years post‑high school work experience; relevant sales or athletic background considered if within 6 months of degree completion.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state or willing to obtain; study course provided.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present coverage options.
• Visit local businesses, develop relationships with owners, and re-service existing clients.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; record daily sales activity.
