You’ll be measured on activity, production, and results, with a collaborative team environment and ongoing training to sharpen your sales approach. Prior sales or insurance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in retail sales or goal-driven environments translates well.

Responsibilities

• Starting conversations that lead to sales via outbound calls, leads, referrals, or outreach.
• Turning interest into action by identifying coverage needs and presenting solutions.
• Building your pipeline with consistent follow-up.
• Recommending Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance based on client needs and licensing.
• Owning sales activity, production numbers, and personal performance.
• Creating relationships that encourage ongoing client engagement.
• Staying organized with CRM tools and documentation.
• Learning and applying new product knowledge and sales techniques.
