Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, prospecting, referrals, and community networking.
• Connect with prospective customers, identify their insurance needs, and recommend coverage options.
• Prepare quotes, explain policy benefits, address objections, and ask for the sale.
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication and reviews.
• Manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools to track leads and renewals.
• Work toward individual and team production goals and improve sales skills.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance products and comply with regulations.
