Farmers Insurance - District 73 is seeking an Agent in Training in Michigan to gain hands-on experience in sales, client relationships, agency operations, and business development. The role offers paid training that converts to base salary plus commission and bonuses, with potential for remote work.

You will work with clients, learn day-to-day agency growth activities, and pursue licenses if not already obtained, with free pre-licensing education available.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or prior sales/leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interest in sales, business development and long-term career growth.
• Ability to make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and engage in daily sales activity.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business via inbound/outbound sales activities (phone, text, email, virtual outreach).
• Conduct cold/warm calling to prospective customers to build a sales pipeline.
• Follow up on leads/inquiries to identify coverage needs and close opportunities.
