AAA The Auto Club Group in Minnesota is seeking a full-time insurance sales professional to grow a client base through community engagement and referrals. You will sell insurance and financial products, retain clients, and build relationships while earning commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments for selling Auto Club Group products.
• Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment.

Responsabilités

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products; meet or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, and quote, bind, and issue policies.
• Build and maintain rapport with members and clients; respond to inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Actively engage in local events to prospect, develop referrals, and grow cross-sell opportunities.
