Job summary

Auto Club Services in Saint Cloud, MN is hiring for a full-time, hourly insurance sales role. You will own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, build relationships with members, and grow the client base through community engagement and referrals.

We provide training, a supportive ramp-up incentive, and benefits. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, with base pay plus incentives and full benefits; licensing support is available if needed.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• If you do not possess the appropriate license, ACG may assist candidates.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products.
• Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary and within a time frame established by the Business Unit.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment.
• Insurance experience is helpful—but not required.
• We provide training to help you get licensed and confident in the role.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products.
• Uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain existing clients, grow insurance portfolio, and meet targets.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk and identify coverage gaps.
• Quote, bind, and issue policies in accordance with underwriting guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries promptly.
• Prospect, engage in community events, expand referral networks, identify cross-sell opportunities.
