Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group is hiring for a full-time, hourly sales role at our Wheaton, IL branch. This position offers base pay plus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package, with ramp-up earnings support as you develop your pipeline and client base.

Your responsibilities include driving sales and retention of AAA-branded products, conducting insurance reviews, and building strong client relationships within the local community.

Qualifications

• Active state Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license is required.
• Active state Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments for selling services.
• Obtain Health and Accident licenses where applicable as deemed necessary.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic branch.
• Conduct insurance reviews to assess risk and quote, bind, and issue policies.
• Build and maintain rapport with members and clients to support satisfaction and trust in the AAA brand.
• Engage in local events to expand referral networks and identify cross-sell opportunities.
