Job summary

AAA-The Auto Club Group in Champaign, IL is seeking a full-time sales role focused on building relationships, driving insurance and financial product sales, and serving members with a high level of service.

You will work on-site Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday hours, earn base pay plus incentives, and benefit from ramp-up support and a broad benefits package as you develop your pipeline and referrals.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license is required.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments for selling Auto Club Group memberships.
• Obtain Health and Accident licenses where applicable as deemed necessary.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products within the branch.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews and quote, bind, and issue policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members and clients.
• Prospect locally, engage with community events, and develop referral opportunities.
