AAA The Auto Club Group seeks a dynamic sales-focused professional to drive insurance and financial product sales at a busy branch. The role emphasizes building relationships, servicing clients, and growing the member base through referrals and community engagement.

You will partner with training and leadership to grow your pipeline, meet sales targets, and leverage a comprehensive benefits package and ramp-up incentives.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic branch.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk and quote, bind, and issue policies.
• Build and maintain rapport with members, respond to inquiries, and support customer satisfaction.
• Prospect and engage in local events to develop new business opportunities and cross-sell.
