Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group in Wisconsin is hiring for a full-time sales role focused on insurance, memberships, and financial products. You’ll drive revenue through proactive client engagement, referrals, and local community events, while receiving training, tools, and support for success.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license required.
• Life & Health Insurance Sales license or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Must qualify and maintain all state licenses/appointments.
• Licenses to be obtained where applicable per business unit.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products.
• Conduct insurance reviews to assess risk and quote policies.
• Build rapport with members and clients to support satisfaction and referrals.
• Prospect and develop new business through community engagement and referrals.
• Sell and meet targets while adhering to underwriting requirements.
