Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in P&C licensing preferred or obtain licensure within 90 days.
• Licensing in property & casualty favored; ability to sell across multiple channels.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills for local markets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline with local leads and referrals.
