You will work with leadership to align with product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and market competition while delivering a high standard of customer experience and compliance.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in insurance sales or related field.
• P&C licensing preferred or licensure within 90 days of joining.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline including local lead generation.
• Develop relationships within the community to support growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
