Responsibilities

• Sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Maintain relationships with customers and follow up consistently.
• Manage sales pipeline using CRM to track leads and opportunities.
• Work toward individual and agency sales goals while growing skills.
• Stay updated on products and industry requirements with ongoing coaching.
