Job summary

ACS Auto Club Services, Inc. seeks Insurance Sales Agents to drive new business, retain members, and grow the insurance book through competitive product offerings.

Agents use consultative sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer-focused service to assess needs, recommend coverage, close sales, and build lasting relationships with members and prospects. In-office role with Monday–Friday hours and occasional Saturday rotation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license is required.
• Current Life Insurance Sales license is required.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments.
• Health and Accident licenses where applicable may be required.
• 1+ year of sales or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer-specific needs using sales techniques and product knowledge to generate new sales and grow the insurance book.
• Effectively overcome objections to close sales and retain insured.
• Meet or exceed targets as defined in the sales incentive plan.
• Conduct insurance reviews to identify suitable products.
• Use underwriting guidelines to assess risk, recommend products, quote, bind and issue policies.
• Engage with prospective clients at business locations to solicit new business and build networks.
• Respond to customer inquiries relating to insurance, membership and financial products.
