Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Current Life Insurance Sales license.
• Strong sales skills with a history of closing leads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer needs and grow the book of business.
• Overcome objections to close sales and retain insureds.
• Meet or exceed targets per incentive plan.
• Conduct insurance reviews to recommend suitable products.
• Engage in market-based interactions to solicit new business and build rapport.
