Job summary

The Auto Club Group seeks Insurance Sales Agents to drive new business, retain members, and grow the insurance book with consultative sales and customer-focused service. You will assess needs, recommend coverage, close sales, and build lasting relationships with members and prospects.

We offer ramp-up earnings support during your first months, a $2,500 new agent incentive, and a structured in-office schedule in Littleton, CO.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Current Life Insurance Sales license.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products.
• Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs to generate new sales and grow the insurance book.
• Overcome objections to close sales or retain insured.
• Meet or exceed targets per incentive plan and manager guidance.
• Conduct insurance reviews to identify suitable products.
• Use underwriting guidelines to assess risk and issue policies.
• Engage in market-based outreach to build networks and rapport with customers.
