Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Sales Agent to drive membership and insurance product sales, primarily offsite, and to guide members through a needs analysis for informed product selections.

The role emphasizes maintaining relationships, reviewing existing policies, and adhering to underwriting guidelines to meet objectives. Occasional travel and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-equivalent education with experience in insurance sales.
• 1–3 years insurance sales/service.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Word & Excel).
• Valid driver's license with DMV record and minimum liability insurance.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License in selling state.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships and insurance products, meeting production targets.
• Develop leads via networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Process changes and documentation for insurance policies and memberships.
• Conduct needs analyses and policy reviews to identify cross-sell opportunities.
