Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group seeks Insurance Sales Agents to drive new business, retain members, and grow the insurance book through consultative selling and strong client service. You will assess needs, recommend coverage, close sales, and build lasting relationships with members and prospects.

Role requires in-office presence in Aurora, CO with weekday hours and occasional Saturday rotation. Training, tools, and support provided to succeed in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license is required.
• Current Life Insurance Sales license is required.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments for selling Auto Club Group products.
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer needs and grow insurance book.
• Overcome objections to close sales or retain insured clients.
• Meet or exceed targets defined in the sales incentive plan.
• Conduct insurance reviews to identify suitable products for clients.
• Use underwriting guidelines to assess risk, quote, bind and issue policies.
• Engage in market-based outreach at various locations to solicit new business and build networks.
