Job summary

The Auto Club Group is hiring Insurance Sales Agents to drive new business, retain members, and grow the insurance book with consultative selling and strong product knowledge. This in-office role emphasizes customer-focused service and building lasting relationships with members and prospects.

Agents assess needs, propose coverage, close sales, and work toward targets while leveraging provided tools and training to succeed in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Current Life Insurance Sales license.
• Must obtain and maintain all applicable state licenses/appointments for selling Auto Club Group products.
• 1+ year of sales or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs using sales techniques and product knowledge to generate new sales, retain insureds, and grow the insurance book.
• Overcome objections to close sales or retain clients.
• Meet or exceed targets as defined in the incentive plan.
• Conduct insurance reviews to recommend suitable products and coverages.
• Use underwriting guidelines to quote, bind and issue policies.
• Engage with customers in person at business establishments to build relationships and loyalty.
