Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products.
• 1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic branch; uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain existing clients, grow the portfolio, overcome objections, negotiate effectively, close sales, and meet targets.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, recommend solutions, and quote, bind, and issue policies in accordance with guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries with professionalism and urgency, and support high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and trust in the AAA brand.
• Actively engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, develop new business opportunities, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
