Job summary

Goosehead Insurance is seeking an Account Executive to join our sales team in the United States, with a Summer 2027 start. You will build a book of business by connecting with real estate and mortgage professionals and by advising clients on tailored insurance solutions.

We offer extensive training and licensing support, a base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, and a pathway to ownership. Prior insurance experience is not required, though 2 years of sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Relevant Sales Experience
• Passing the state licensing exam and obtaining license
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Build a book of business by prospecting and establishing referral partnerships with real estate and mortgage professionals
• Understand client insurance needs, analyze options from a large carrier portfolio, and provide tailored solutions to mitigate household risk
• Develop and maintain professional relationships to drive sales growth
