Job summary

Goosehead Insurance agency is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business revenue monthly, building a book of business through referrals from real estate and mortgage professionals. You will analyze insurance options from a large carrier portfolio to provide tailored solutions for households.

The role includes extensive training in Salesforce, sales process management, and business development. Compensation includes uncapped commissions with renewal potential and a President’s Club trip

Qualifications

Passing the state licensing exam is required.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
B2B or B2C sales experience or related college major preferred.

Responsibilities

Prospect and establish referral partner relationships with professionals from real estate and mortgage industry.
Work with clients to understand insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution.
