Job summary

Goosehead Insurance is hiring an Account Executive to build a strong book of business by connecting with real estate and mortgage professionals. You will assess clients' insurance needs and present tailored coverage from a large carrier portfolio to mitigate household risk.

No prior experience required; training included. Goosehead covers licensing costs and offers base salary plus uncapped commissions, bonuses, and a launch bonus. Start date is Summer 2027.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Passing the state licensing exam, once hired.
• Legally authorized to work the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
• Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.
