Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Business Process Specialist on the Operations team to support regional operations, maintain procedures, coordinate vendors, and help with training, onboarding, monitoring, and reporting.

The role requires at least three years of Property & Casualty experience, a P&C license (or within 90 days), strong knowledge of agency procedures and agency management systems, and advanced MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years P&C insurance agency/brokerage experience.
• Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Advanced knowledge of agency operational procedures and the agency management system.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Operations Team with initiatives, procedures, training, onboarding, monitoring, and reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors and outsourcing, manage Smartsheet updates, and track workflows.
• Assist with research, data gathering, and special projects tied to training and system functionality.
