Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a client services assistant to support administrators across property and casualty accounts. You will assist with file maintenance, processing invoices, endorsements, certificates, and renewals, while coordinating with underwriters and clients to gather information.

You will gain proficiency in systems like Imageright and barcoding, with a focus on accuracy, organization, and timely follow-ups in a busy office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or ability to receive within 2–3 months; 1–2 years P&C experience.
• Obtain and maintain a valid, unrestricted California Fire & Casualty Solicitors license.
• AAI designation; willingness to pursue continuing education in insurance designations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process client invoices, endorsements, certificates, binders, coverage policies, finance agreements and audits.
• Order and review loss run and claim status reports.
• Document client files regarding actions, follow-ups, and completed tasks; complete applications as needed.
• Create certificate notebooks and manage expiration lists.
• Assist in handling business after sale and renewal marketing preparation.
