Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in the United States is seeking a Business Process Specialist to support the Operations team, maintain procedures, coordinate vendors, assist training, onboarding, monitoring and reporting, and drive workflow improvements.

The role requires at least three years of Property & Casualty experience, a P&C license or ability to obtain, and strong Microsoft Office skills; hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance agency/brokerage experience in Property & Casualty required
• Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Advanced knowledge of agency operational procedures and the agency management system
• Advanced in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Operations Team in keeping things running smoothly
• Assist with operational initiatives, procedures, training, and onboarding
• Coordinate vendor/outsource activities and track metrics in Smartsheet
• Help with special projects tied to training, system functionality, and strategic operations
