Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Support Specialist on the Business Insurance team. You will deliver prompt, courteous service to clients and colleagues, handling changes, rating, and accurate client data entry with attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least two years of commercial insurance experience, a Property & Casualty license, and insurance designations (INS, AAI, CISR) or equivalent knowledge. U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years Commercial Insurance experience, preferably in an agency.
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Insurance designation – INS, AAI, CISR or equivalent knowledge.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Working toward CIC, ARM, AU designation.
• Experience with EPIC, Sagitta, ImageRight.

Responsibilities

• Processing changes, rating, and accurate client data entry.
• Collaborate with department members to meet service needs of customers.
• Provide prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues.
