Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Business Process Specialist to support the Regional Operations Team. You will help with operational initiatives, maintain procedures, coordinate with vendors, assist with training, onboarding, monitoring and reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement.

The role requires at least three years in Property & Casualty insurance, a P&C license or ability to obtain within 90 days, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years previous insurance agency/brokerage experience in Property & Casualty required.
• Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Advanced knowledge of the agency operational procedures and the agency management system required.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Operations Team in keeping workflows and processes running smoothly.
• Assist with training, onboarding, monitoring, reporting, and project coordination.
• Coordinate with vendors and outsourcing partners and manage Smartsheet updates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
